Laboratory Water for Injection (WFI) Stills & Pure Steam Generators
AQUA-NOVA® laboratory stills and pure steam generators are designed to deliver reliable performance,
optimized functionality, and safe distillate quality exceeding the latest USP and EP standards for Water for Injection.
The systems are characterized by their ease of use and operational reliability.
Storage tanks are equipped with sterile air filters and dispensing systems, and the complete installation
can be sterilized with self-produced steam prior to operation. Equipment is available as semi- or fully automatic
with integrated quality surveillance. A wide range of options is available to meet specific quality standards
and system designs.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
All AQUA-NOVA stills are FAT-tested at our factory prior to delivery. Each test is fully documented
and the distillate quality is verified by an independent laboratory. The software is developed in accordance
with GAMP specifications. When ordered, full SAT, IQ and OQ documentation is supplied together with
calibration certificates.
The standard delivery documentation includes:

- Mechanical component documentation and manuals
- Electrical and instrumentation documentation and manuals
- Installation, operation and service manual
