Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI)

Aqua-Nova Purified Water Systems are available as single-pass or double-pass RO units,
with or without CEDI technology. Each system is individually designed based on the required
capacity, water quality specification, and a complete raw water analysis.

The systems are engineered to provide reliable operation, maximum flexibility, and water quality
that exceeds the latest USP and Ph. Eur. requirements for Purified Water (PW) and Highly Purified Water (HPW).

Standard PLC Automation

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

All Aqua-Nova water systems undergo comprehensive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
before shipment. Testing is fully documented and the produced PW or HPW quality
is verified by an independent laboratory.

Automation software is developed according to GAMP principles.

Upon request, complete Pre-IQ and OQ documentation packages can be supplied,
including calibration certificates and validation support documentation.
