Aqua-Nova’s 3rd Generation Pure Steam Generators are designed to deliver reliable operation,
high steam quality, and maximum operational safety. The generated Pure Steam, when condensed,
complies with the latest USP and Ph. Eur. requirements for Water for Injection (WFI).

Factory Acceptance Testing
Every Aqua-Nova Pure Steam Generator undergoes a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
before shipment.
Testing includes:
- Functional verification of all process and control systems.
- Documented performance testing.
- Independent laboratory verification of produced Pure Steam quality.
All automation software is developed in accordance with GAMP principles.
Upon request, complete Pre-IQ and OQ documentation packages are supplied, including calibration
certificates and supporting validation documentation.
