Applies to the entire organization and our supply chain

Aqua-Nova AB is committed to long-term value creation in accordance with international
principles for human rights, working conditions, the environment, and business ethics.
This policy guides our decisions, our relationships with suppliers, and how we monitor
performance.

Our Commitments

Human Rights and Working Conditions

We respect the UN Guiding Principles and the ILO Core Conventions. No discrimination,
no forced or child labor, freedom of association, and fair working conditions.
Health and safety are prioritized in all operations.

Environment and Climate

We minimize environmental impact in accordance with our Environmental Policy:
comply with laws, prevent pollution, conserve resources, optimize energy and water use,
and strive for continuous improvement in design, purchasing, production, and testing.

Business Ethics and Integrity

Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, and conflicts of interest.
We promote fair competition, data protection, and confidentiality.
Deviations can be reported anonymously and are handled promptly.

Responsible Supply Chain

Suppliers must comply with this policy and applicable laws.
Requirements include traceability, correct material certificates (e.g., EN 10204 3.1),
a safe working environment, and respect for human rights.
Deficiencies result in corrective action plans or delisting.

Implementation and Follow-up

• Risk-based due diligence and supplier assessments. Significant risks are prioritized.
• Objectives, KPIs, and CAPA are used to drive improvements. Management reviews annually at minimum.
• Employee training on relevant parts of the policy and procedures.
• Transparency: requested certificates and documentation are provided to customers and authorities.

This policy complements the Environmental Policy and Supply Chain Responsibility Policy,
and refers to the UN Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles, and the ILO Core Conventions.
